Download the Yomly Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on whether you use an iPhone or Android device.
Once installed, open the app. You’ll find two methods available to log in:
- QR Code
- Business URL
Method 1 - Log in using QR Code

First, log into your Yomly Business Web Portal through a browser.

Click on your Profile to view your profile details.

Select “Scan QR Code” located at the top right corner of the web page.

A QR code will be displayed on your screen.

On the Yomly Mobile App, tap the QR scanner icon and scan the code.

The app will detect your account and prompt you to log in.

Ensure the Yomly app has camera permissions enabled for the scanner to function.

If your business uses Single Sign-On (SSO) or corporate login, you’ll be redirected to your company’s login page.

Users with individual accounts can log in using their Yomly username and password directly.

Additional Information
You may be prompted to enable Biometric Authentication. This is solely the decision of the end user if you would like to enable this or not. The Yomly App would work with either choice.

Method 2 - Log in using Business URL
If you prefer to log in using your Business URL:

Open the Yomly App and choose the "Business URL" login method.

Enter your company’s Yomly URL.
(Typically, this follows the format:companyname.yomly.com) -
Tap Submit.

You will be prompted to enter your login credentials.

Use your corporate SSO credentials or the credentials provided by Yomly.

Notes
You may be asked to enable biometric authentication (e.g. Face ID or fingerprint). This is optional — the app will work either way.
Important – First-Time Users
If you’ve never logged into Yomly before:

Check your email inbox for a "Welcome to Yomly" message from your HR team.

Click the activation link in the email to set up your account.

If the link is expired or missing, contact your HR team to request a new welcome email.
