Release Notes - June 14, 2024

Platform Web application

We're excited to announce our latest release, packed with enhancements and upgrades of our payroll module.

Here's what's new:

In this update, you’ll find a range of new features and enhancements designed to elevate your experience.

Feature Description

Efficiently Managing Concurrent Access During Payroll Processing

  • This feature will avoid simultaneous access of the payrun execution. We have introduced a new state as “WAIT” in the pipeline with the automated time-out based on an event and duration. During this period the user cannot perform multiple re-query of the payrolls.
  • This feature aims to improve system performance and avoid conflicts during payrun execution.

Streamlining Payroll Execution: Added New 'Success' and 'Failed' Fields in Payroll & Employee Listing

  • As an enhancement we have added "Success" and "Failed" fields in the pay run details and employee listing screens that provide a streamlined way to track and resolve payroll execution failures.
  • With these fields, payroll administrators can easily identify which employees' pay categories have not processed and which have encountered errors.
  • This feature allows for quick resolution of any payroll discrepancies, ensuring that all employees are accurately compensated on time.
  • Option to re-query a specific employee who has encountered an issue during the payrun process.

Screenshot 2: Displays the status field, presenting both "Success" and "Failed" statuses. Users can easily sort the column to view specific statuses based on their preference.
