Enhancements to downloading payslips to Documents

As a payroll or platform admin, the following enhancements are available when downloading payslips of employees from completed pay runs (with payslips issued) to Documents:

  • Downloaded payslips are saved in a subfolder of the pay run name folder. The subfolder's naming convention provides details of the download.

For example, the downloaded payslips of all employees of the Monthly payroll group paid in AED in the May 2023 pay run are saved in the following folder:

    Home > Downloads > May 2023 > May 2023 - AED (Monthly) - All Employees

  • If you filter a pay run before downloading payslips, the name of the subfolder additionally indicates the date and time of download.

If you filter the pay run described in the previous example and download payslips at 11:30 AM on May 31, 2023, the payslips are saved in the following folder:

    Home > Downloads > May 2023 > May 2023 - AED (Monthly) - Filtered - 31 May 2023 11:30AM

    rn-jun-14-4.png

  • In addition to individual payslips, the subfolder contains a zipped folder with all payslips to enable you to download all the payslips to your computer at once. The zipped folder also follows the same naming convention.

Bug fixes

We are happy to inform you that we've fixed the following issues:

Application feature Issue Description
Benefits Incorrect airfare calculations

Previously, incorrect airfare eligibilities were displayed for employees, as the fares for all configured travel routes (valid during the same time period) were considered in the calculations.

This issue is fixed now.

Incorrect airfare currency

Previously, if you added an air ticket accrual for an employee based on any destination that had multiple routes (departures) configured, the currency of the departure listed first was applied to the air ticket.

This issue is fixed now.

Incorrect advance repayment balance

Previously, fully repaid advances indicated overpayments; negative remaining repayment amounts were displayed.

This issue is fixed now.

Tasks

Inability of HR admins to view letter request tasks

Previously, in Tasks, pending letter requests were not displayed as tasks assigned to HR admins even though HR admins are default approvers for these requests.

HR admins could view letter requests only if they viewed all pending tasks in the company.

This issue is fixed now.

For additional information, you can contact your account manager, submit a request, or send us an email.
