Viewing your benefits

As an employee, you can view the benefits that your organization is providing you in one of the following places:

Viewing your benefits in the Benefits dashboard

The Benefits dashboard displays the following information about the benefits provided to you by your organization:

A quick overview of the different benefits available. For each benefit, your total allocation and the amount you have accrued so far are represented in a doughnut graph.

Medical

Information about your medical benefits, if available.

You can click View Details at the bottom of this section to view the your detailed medical insurance policy, the list of hospitals in the insurance provider's network, and more.

Offers

Details of offers, such as discounts or promotions, if available.

To view your Benefits dashboard, from the sidebar, in the My HR section, click Benefits.

Viewing your benefits in your profile

In the Benefits tab in your profile, information about benefits available to you is organized in the following tabs:

Tab Description

Dashboard

Displays an overview of the different benefits available to you.

For each benefit, your total allocation and the amount you have accrued so far are represented in a doughnut chart.

Medical

Displays detailed information about your medical benefits (if available).

In this tab, you can view and download your medical insurance policy, view your medical card, upload medical receipts for claims, view nearby hospitals in the insurance provider's network, and more.

Airfare

Displays your airfare accruals and related information. You can click an accrual to view its details.

Advances

Displays your salary advances (if available) and related information, such as their repayment schedule, and more.

To view the details of any salary advance, click View in the Action column.

Other tabs

The Benefits tab can include tabs that display additional information, such as definitions and policies, eligibility rules, effective dates, and more, about any benefit.

Your organization can even use this tab to obtain input (related to the benefit) from you. For example, this could include selecting options or filling in details in a form, or uploading documents.

To view your benefits in your profile, do the following:

  1. In the sidebar, in the My HR section, click Profile.

    In your profile, the Employment tab is displayed by default.

  2. Go to the Benefits tab.

  3. Go to the tab that contains the details of the benefit you want to view.
