Overview
The Employee Contacts report consolidates information from the emergency contact field on the employee profile and the contents of newer contacts cards in the system. We recommend using the Contacts system as it accommodates multiple types of contact information and contains a large volume of contact details.
Visualisation
The initial visualisation is simply a grid of employees.
You can select any employee in the grid to drill down into the contact information of the employee.
Report
The report displays a list of the defined contacts sorted by employee (name).
You can drill down by employee.
