About the dashboard

When you log in to the web application, the dashboard is your landing page.

The dashboard summarizes information from different features of the platform and presents it to you in a consolidated and simple format. From your dashboard, you can navigate to each of the features to view detailed information.

Your profile

Indicates how complete your profile is and what actions, such as providing information and uploading documents, are pending.

Depending on your organization's policies, you, your line manager, or your HR admin need to fill in all the pending details in your profile.

about-dashboard-4-your-profile.png

A progress bar at the top of the widget indicates how complete your profile is in percentage. When all of your required information and documents are available on the platform, the progress bar indicates that your profile is 100% complete.

In the widget, the following icons, which are displayed next to each item in the list, indicate their completion status:

Icon Description
  Complete; no action is required
Partially complete; some action is still pending
Pending; the information is missing and action is required

The icon displayed next to Documents denotes the status of uploading all required documents to the platform.

In this example, the employee has uploaded some required documents but still needs to upload the pending ones.

You can click View profile in the bottom-right corner to go to your profile and view and manage all of your information.

Community

Displays articles posted recently to your organization's Community.

about-dashboard-5-community.png

Community enables HR admins to conveniently share announcements, news, offers, or any other information with all or a select group of employees.

By default, the articles are sorted by date; newer articles are displayed first. The dashboard widget usually displays the three most recent articles.

However, HR admins can promote articles of high importance so that they persist at the top of the list and are displayed on employee dashboards for a longer time.

You can click the title of a community article to open it or click View more in the bottom-right corner to navigate to Community and view older posts.

Upcoming dates

Displays important upcoming events, such as public holidays and upcoming leave plans of other employees in your organization.

The widget always displays information about the next ten upcoming events, regardless of the month that they are scheduled to occur in.

about-dashboard-6-upcoming-dates.png

Your ability to view leave information of other employees depends on the permissions that your HR admin has configured in the business settings.

You can click View calendar in the bottom-right corner to navigate to Calendar, where you can view upcoming events on a calendar.

indicator-5.png

Letter requests

Displays recent letter requests and their approval status.

about-dashboard-8-letter-requests.png

In addition to information about their own letter requests, HR admins can view letter requests of all employees and their approval status.

You can click View on the right of any request to open it or click View letter requests in the bottom-right corner to navigate to view and manage older letter requests.

indicator-6.png

Team availability

Displays the availability status of other employees in your organization.

about-dashboard-7-team-availability.png

Your ability to view the availability of other employees depends on your access level, your organization's data policies, and the permissions configured in business settings.

For example, you might only be able to view the availability of other employees from your own team.

Employees who are away on leave or business travel are marked as unavailable.

You can click View employees in the bottom-right corner to view your entire employee directory.

Based on permissions and policies similar to the ones that determine what you can view in the widget, the employee directory also lists only the employees whose information you are allowed to view.
