Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > VIEW
  3. Search for the employee's name
  4. Click 'View' to open the profile
  5. Select the 'Employment' tab
  6. Locate the 'Job Title' field
  7. Click 'Edit Profile' and assign the appropriate grade along with the employee's job title
  8. Save
