Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > PREFERENCES
  3. Select 'Time & Attendance'
  4. Expand the 'Attendance Yomly' field
  5. Look for the field 'Working Hours Calculation Method'. Here you will have 2 options:
    • "Difference between last out and first in event" - the total working hours calculated for the employee will be Last clock out - First clock in on that date.
    • "Cumulative hours" - the total working hours will be sum of all clock out - clock in intervals for a day.
  6. This setting applies to all employees in the organization.
  7. Save
