Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > PREFERENCES
- Select 'Time & Attendance'
- Expand the 'Attendance Yomly' field
- Look for the field 'Working Hours Calculation Method'. Here you will have 2 options:
- "Difference between last out and first in event" - the total working hours calculated for the employee will be Last clock out - First clock in on that date.
- "Cumulative hours" - the total working hours will be sum of all clock out - clock in intervals for a day.
- This setting applies to all employees in the organization.
