How to set-up an employee's bank details?

Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Depending on your organization's policies, you can update employee bank details, or allow them to do so.
  3. To add bank details for a new joiner:
    • Go to the MAIN MENU > ADD
    • Fill out the form with the employee details including the bank information
    • Click 'Add'
  4. To add bank details on behalf of an employee: 
    • Go to the MAIN MENU > VIEW
    • Search for the employee, click 'View to open the profile
    • Under the 'Salary' tab, select bank details
    • Click 'Edit Profile' then 'Add bank details'
    • Fill out the fields:
      • Account description
      • Account type and details
      • Bank name
      • Currency
    • Save bank details
  5. Locking the bank details will require employees to submit a request to unlock if the bank details need to be updated.
