Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > VIEW
  3. Search for the employee's name
  4. Click 'View' to open the profile
  5. Click 'Edit Profile'
  6. Under the 'Account' tab, locate the field 'Access level'
  7. If an employee requires additional access based on their job title aside from the default 'Employee' and 'Everybody', simply enable the relevant option.
  8. Save

NOTE: Enabling this will grant the employee access to more features or data, depending on what access level is enabled.
