How to Deactivate a Duplicate Profile.png

Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > EMPLOYEE > VIEW
  3. Type the employee name in the search field. Select the profile that needs to be deactivated.
  4. Click 'View' then 'Edit Profile'
  5. Locate the 'Employment' tab and look for the field 'Employment End Date'
  6. Choose a date that has passed
  7. Save

NOTE: The employment status will automatically be updated to 'Inactive'
