How to add a New Destination or Routes for Air Tickets

You can add new airfare destinations and routes in the Yomly Platform by following the steps below.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the system.

  2. Navigate to SettingsPayrollAirfare.

  3. Click on "Add destination"



  4. Complete the required fields:

    • Departure and Destination – Select from the searchable dropdown menus.

    • Effective Date – Use the date picker to select the date from which the assigned monetary values for the new route will take effect.

    • Currency – Select the applicable currency for the airfare.

    • Airfare Amount – Enter the airfare amount for each class, based on age group.




  5. Once all details are entered, click Save Destination.

The destination can now be assigned to employees as a "Benefit". 
This ensures that airfare entitlements are updated and available for accurate payroll processing.
