This article describes how to get started with using the mobile app:
Step 1: Download the mobile app
Download the Yomly mobile app from your app store.

Step 2: Log in to Yomly
You can access your organization's unique work environment on the Yomly platform through your business URL. If you do not know your business URL (or do not have it handy to manually enter it), you can log in by scanning your personal QR code.
Where can I find my QR code?
Your initial personal QR code is available in your account activation email.
If you haven't received your activation email or cannot find or scan your QR code, contact your HR team or admin.
Your personal QR code is available in your profile in the Yomly web application. In the upper-right corner of your profile, click Scan QR code.
Your personal QR code is displayed in a dialogue.
If you are unable to view or scan your QR code, you can contact your HR team or admin.
To log in to the mobile app, do the following:

Scan your personal QR codeTo log in by scanning your QR code, do the following:

On the welcome screen of the mobile app, go to the QR code tab.

Tap Scan and scan your personal QR code.
Enter your business URLTo log in by manually entering your business URL, do the following:

On the welcome screen of the mobile app, go to the Business URL tab.

Enter your Business URL.

Tap Submit.

Based on how your organization authenticates and allows users to access Yomly, you are redirected to one of the following screens:
Simple loginIf your organization uses simple login, some of your login credentials are auto-filled.
Do the following:

Verify your auto-filled username.

Enter your password.
-
Tap Log in.
If you are a new user of Yomly, your initial password, which is encoded in the QR code, is also auto-filled in the login screen.
When you log in to the Yomly mobile app, your account is activated.
After activating your account, you can set up your preferred password that meets the password security requirements of your organization.
Single Sign-On (SSO)If your organization uses SSO login to authenticate users using an external Identity Provider (IdP), your federated login screen is displayed.
If you aren't automatically redirected and the following screen is displayed, tap Federated login.
Complete your federated login process to authenticate yourself.

Step 3: Customize app settings

In the tab bar, tap .
The navigation menu is displayed.

Tap Settings.
The app settings are displayed.

Customize the following settings:

In Theme, select one of the following display themes:
AutoSelect Auto to automatically switch between light and dark theme to mirror the current theme of your mobile phone.
LightDark -
In Language, select the language (English or Arabic) in which you want to view the app.

Enable the Notifications toggle button to receive push notifications to be alerted of updates from your organization.

Enable the Biometric authentication toggle button to use the biometric authentication configured on your mobile phone (such as Face ID, fingerprint ID, passcode, and more) to open and work in the app.
