We're thrilled to introduce the latest release of the Yomly mobile app, now equipped with powerful new features for seamless attendance tracking! Here's what's new:
Airfare
We have improved the airfare creation process by introducing the “Departure” field directly in the Add Employee → Airfare section. Previously, this option was only accessible through the airfare creation settings, leading to inconsistencies.
This enhancement streamlines the process of managing employees’ air travel details, offering a more intuitive and seamless user experience.
Geo-Location Based Attendance Marking
Easy Clock-in and Clock-out: Users can now clock in at the start of their workday and clock out at the end, directly from the Yomly mobile app.
.
Automatic Check-in and Check-out: The app now supports automated check-ins and check-outs, activated as employees move in and out of designated custom geo-locations set within Yomly. This ensures accurate attendance tracking without the need for manual input.
Location-Specific Attendance: Attendance can only be marked from pre-approved locations assigned to each employee. However, we also offer an option to allow selected employee groups to mark attendance from any location if needed.
Comprehensive Telemetry Reporting: All location-based attendance data is captured and available as an exportable report for HR administrators and authorized personnel, providing valuable insights and easy access to attendance records
Exclusive Early Access: For users eager to try this new feature, our support team is available to assist with address and configuration setup within the app.
This release streamlines the attendance process, making it both convenient and secure. Reach out to our service desk to enable this feature and enjoy enhanced attendance tracking with Yomly!
