Plan limits setting legend:

Enable supporting documents: if enabled, the leave requester is required to attach a supporting document when requesting the leave.

Minimum length of service: if enabled, the leave requester has to meet the length of service before they can book the leave. (in the sample above, an employee who joined January 1, 2024 can only use the leave after 3 months, which is March 2, 2024)

Maximum duration of leave: if enabled, the leave number of days is as per the set value. (in the example above, you can only book 1 day at a time per request)

Minimum notice: if enabled, this is the number of days before the leave can be requested. (in the sample above, this means an employee who wants to work from home on Friday, needs to have the leave booked by Thursday, 1 day before the actual date)

Maximum occurrences: if enabled, this is the number of times the leave type can be used per the value set. (in the sample above, the leave type can only be booked 10 times per year)
